Answer your secondary questions as you will have a whole new list now that you have begun planning
Discuss design, decor and rentals
Discuss food and beverage selections and budgeting as needed
Help you create your wedding day shot list to ensure the best use of your photo time
Collaborative Planning 1 hour
Answer your latest list of questions
Assist you with a detailed timeline creation for the wedding day
Help you prepare paperwork for the venue and vendors and answer their big questions as the wedding day approaches
Multiple Feedback Rounds
Have us review or oversee contracts, quotes, floor plans, timeline and more virtually at no extra cost

Meetings can be virtual, phone or in person (locally).
The sessions schedule as outlined above is a basic guideline, we will customize meetings to best serve your needs.
If you still have questions at the end of the 3 hour consultation period, extra time can be booked with us for $75 per hour.
Add day of coordination to this service to have us bring it altogether on your wedding day.

so you can be fully present in every moment from the first look to the last dance. This is where we shine!
What's Included
Pre-Wedding Prep (2–4 Weeks Out)
Review of venue documents, floor plans, timeline etc
Final confirmation of vendor bookings, delivery and pick up/drop off times
Become the main point-of-contact for all vendors and venue staff
Rehearsal Coordination
Run the ceremony rehearsal
Confirm processional/recessional order
Practice cueing, positioning and timing
Answer last-minute questions from family and bridal party
Wedding Day Management
Provide local pick ups for cake, florals and smaller rental items
Monitor vendor arrival, setup and deliveries
Manage and execute decor setup as needed (avoid additional setup fees from rental companies, florist etc)
Oversee and direct the ceremony and reception flow
Rent our professional speakers and microphone for a small fee and we will play your ceremony music for you too
Troubleshoot any hiccups, quietly and efficiently
Work behind the scenes to make the event seem effortless without you, your partner or your families having to lift a finger
